Homeowners Associations (HOAs) are vital to protecting our property values and keeping our community beautiful. However, an HOA only functions correctly when there is transparency, fiscal responsibility, and resident participation. Currently, decisions for over 100 families are being made by 3 people without community-wide elections.
Neighborhood-Led HOA Platform:
Open records and proactive digital communication.
A board that is reachable and works for all neighbors.
Ending subjective enforcement and the voting muzzle.
3 Seats Open • Join the Board
Legal overspend (194%) while modernization hit a standstill.
Uncollected fines.
Quorum needed for election.

Candidate for Board of Directors
Please call me Bee. I am standing for election to our Board of Directors because I believe our community is at a crossroads, and I want to help lead us toward a more transparent and inclusive future.
When my family and I chose this neighborhood, we did so with the intention of building deep, permanent roots. We want this to be a place where **every family feels they can participate and belong.**
Why I am Running (Under Bylaw 3.4)
Clear, predictable standards for all.
Bridging the gap for homeowner voices.
Resolving disputes constructively.
"Like many of you, I am 'mentally exhausted' by conflict. I want to protect the rights we are all granted—including the right to enjoy our common areas and the right to a fair hearing."
A Call to Action:
If you feel the need to see change, I invite you to run for the Board as well—run with me! Our community is stronger when more voices are involved.
Safety through connection, not just gates. Advocating for neighborhood-led security.
